When you choose to shop with Elysium, we advise selecting the most suitable shipping option for your requirements. Please remember that shipping delays may occur with the courier, and they are no fault of Elysium. If you wish to track your order, locate the order confirmation email, which may have landed in your spam or junk folders. Thank you for choosing to shop with us.
We offer two types of UK postage:
Tracked 24: Speedy tracked shipping for those who have got to get their hands on our jewellery. Please allow 1-2 working days. (please contact us if your order hasn't arrived in 5 days).
Tracked 48: Shipping for those who are cool with waiting a little longer for their order. Please allow 2-4 working days (please contact us if your order has not arrived in 7 days).
Once your order has been processed, it will leave Elysium HQ and be dispatched to your chosen location via Royal Mail. At this point, your order becomes the courier's responsibility; however, if you are attempting to locate your order, the team will happily provide your shipping number and help you in any way possible. Please note that your order will be shipped to the address that was stated in the registry form. It's essential that the client provides their shipping information correctly as it can not be changed. 'Elysium' can not be held responsible for any misplaced orders due to the incorrect information or incorrect address being entered by the client, nor can they be held liable for any mistakes made by the courier.
All international orders are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked; please note this service is taking 2-4 weeks due to legislative delays from the UK leaving the EU.
